Incoming Material & Tooling

Zinc alloy, aluminum, and hardware accessories are checked before production. Molds and jigs are confirmed against drawings so hole spacing stays stable from sample to mass production.

Casting, Machining & Polishing

Handle bodies and knobs are formed, then machined and polished. Edges, posts, and mounting faces are prepared so finishing and assembly go on a consistent base.

Process 03

Surface Finishing

Plating or powder coating is matched to approved samples. Texture options — smooth, knurled, hammered, or brushed — are recorded for repeat OEM batches.

Assembly, QC & Export Packing

Screws and accessories are fitted, dimensions and finish are inspected, then goods are packed with labels for wholesale and project containers.
